cPOS

cPos is a complete Back Office Point Of Sale system to manage and operate a Fuel and Convenience Store.  cPos includes Invoice Entry, Cash Management.  cPOS manages Sales Reporting, Margin Analysis, Automated Re-Ordering, Fuel Reporting & Pool Margin.  cPOS interfaces with Intuit's QuickBooks for a practical approach to Convenience Store Management.  cPOS is our one and only product.  

cPOS is a full feature Back Office Manager.  It performs the basic set of Back Office functions. This includes basic sales reporting.  Margin reports indicating profit per department based on items sold and cost.   Inventory control by Vendor or Department.  Price Change detection, Global Price Changes, Slippage Control of Lottery and Cigarettes, and more.  Data exports to spreadsheets, Quickbooks, and other accounting packages. 

Low Cost Low Risk:  This product does not require a large initial investment.  We don't charge eight to ten thousand dollars,  install your system, and walk away leaving you to keep it going.  We charge a setup fee, then a monthly subscription fee.  A smaller fee that allows you to have fixed costs for your Back Office System.  It also reduces the risk you take when you sign on with your Back Office Software Provider.  Given the large upfront investment, the burden is on the Retailer to make the product work and keep it going.  Not with cPOS, we feel our customers stay with us because our system works for them, not because they spent $10K and can't afford anything else. 

Focus on using the Info not entering it:  Data entry has to be quick.  The user can not spend hours entering data to simply get a couple of reports.  Our data entry forms are designed for quick entry using the numeric keypad.  The key form is Invoice and Cost entry.  From the Invoice, key information is given regarding price changes, stock levels, re-order needs.  We make the Invoice Entry rapid and efficient.  From there, we generate forms that address the daily activity of the CStore manager including Vendor based re-order lists.

Because we're online, the issue of maintaining the software, backing up the data, upgrading to new versions becomes the responsibility of Show Me Solutions.  The end user is not burdened with the install and maintenance of the software.  We take care of it all.  When an upgrade becomes available, all the user does it browse to the website, and the software is already upgraded.  This reduces the owners overall cost of the software by allowing them to focus on using the software not on maintaining it.

Today, more and more vendors are supporting electronic ordering.  cPOS provides the interface to vendors which support EDI, but for those that don't, we provide automatic faxing of order or simply a print out if that works.  As vendors improve their ordering methods, cPOS configures to match those methods.

cPOS is compatible with any cash register that can provide a SKU sales file and accept SKU price and description files.  Verifone and Gilbarco registers use specific communication software where Sharp, Casio, & NCR work with interfaces such as Datasym 2000.  Ask us about your register and we'll show you the solution.
